THE ROAD AHEAD...

Our primary objective is to create, own and operate new concepts in F&B. We are committed to the success of the F&B brands we create and want to achieve the status of being the industry leaders both locally and regionally within the short and medium term and globally in the long term. Eventually we plan on having our own concepts for cafes, nightclubs, VIP lounges and fast food restaurants.

SURESH LAKHIANI - PARTNER

Mr. Suresh Lakhiani is a successful and well known business person with over 38 years of experience in diversified industries with specialization in textiles. He graduated with honors in commerce from the Bombay University in the year 1974. He started his career during his college days by attending the family textile business and now he is the key strategist and director at Gem Group. Gem Group is into diversified industries like manufacturing and trading in textiles, readymade garments, cosmetics and toiletries etc. He is the key person in setting up a model factory at Kenya. His business destinations cover India, Japan, Gulf, Indonesia, Poland, China, Moscow and expanding. The combined sales turnover of the various group companies is about 80-100 million USD.

Mr. Suresh Lakhiani ventured into hospitality industry in the year 1999 by starting one of its kinds a restaurant called “Da Gama” in Dubai, UAE. Now he has expanded and established a chain of restaurants under the umbrella of “World Cuisine Network”. It is apparent that he has put all his expertise and energies into what he sees into the project to steer the business in right direction.

SURESH KHEMANEY - PARTNER

Mr. Suresh Khemaney is a Singapore citizen and was brought up in Hong Kong and Singapore. He has acquired his education from Hong Kong and Singapore. He started his career while his study and joined family business in 1979 and learnt in and out of garment trading and import & export. In 1990 he took over the family business on his shoulder and expanded it to global frontier. Today he has diversified his portfolio into industries like general trading, interior fitting and design, housekeeping, food & beverages etc and established offices in Thailand, China, Africa and UAE. The combined sales turnover of the various group companies is about 50-60 million USD.

He has been engaged with hospitality business last many years and he is partner of famous restaurant chain called “Nandos”. He joined “World Cuisine Network” as partner and has given his full expertise of hospitality industry to the group and has been key strategist behind the success of the group.

PORUS IRANI – GENERAL MANAGER

Porus Irani is qualified hospitality industry professional and associated with the group for more than 15 years. He is extremely creative, knowledgeable and resourceful General Manager with great experience in consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the group by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction and effectiveness and efficiencies.

Mr. Porus Irani is Master in Food Service Management & Restaurant Management from Cornell University, New York. Also He has done his MBA in Marketing Management from Newport University, California, UAE. Moreover he has acquired various certifications in food and beverages management. He has worked with the leading hotels in India including The Taj Mahal Hotel (Indian Hotel Co. Ltd), Mumbai. During his career he has worked with many well known master chefs.
